Windows Security Shield & Firewall Settings Shield missing from Task Manager bar? How do I locate it?

Where is an alternate area to access %26amp; change the firewall settiings on Windows Secuity? Also, the Windows Security shield symbol is gone from my Task Bar %26amp; I would like to put it back there, how do I do that?Windows Security Shield %26amp; Firewall Settings Shield missing from Task Manager bar?
