never disable firewall . Always go in and change settings on it but never disable firewall. win xp firewall is not strong try this firewall an its free to use

The firewall that you would have would be Windows.
Go to start
Control Panel
Security Center
Firewall (make sure its OFF)
Then go to Windows Firewall
Click Off ( not recommended)
