Okay, i have been on fanfiction for a long time, and within the last past month, i got 3 viruses from it (antivirus soft) i got rid of it twice, and today when i got it again, i went in safe mode and deleted it with malwarebytes, but when i went back onto regular mode, my internet did not work. it says i have a 'very good' connection, but when i go onto a internet browser, it 'cannot be displayed.' im trying to find out what to do.. i reset the internet.. i scanned it again with malwarebytes and spyware doctor and it found no viruses. im doing a system restore point to ONE week ago, and i dont know if its gonna work. did the virus change firewall settings? how can i fix it? if you need more info, just ask. thankkss(:::Internet/virus problem.?

To make sure that that hidden virus or malware is gone , just simply reformat your computer.
ok what the virus did is to reset your internet settings - click on your connection icon - select properties - right click - go to tc/ip properties by right clicking and make sure that both settings are set to automatic - if you have a static ip address - write it down and save it - and then erase it. make sure both are automatic
