how do i do this..1)you have your firewall securing your incoming mail.by doing this,your firewall is POPing your email,how do i turn this feature off??? 2)you have a virus software that allows you to check your e-mail before downloading it. This also accesses your email by POP. Turn this off too.How do i check settings/change settings in my firewall?
right click ure internet connection thing ( it looks like a flashing monitor) then click change firewall settings.How do i check settings/change settings in my firewall?
